Context
German SMEs can claim subsidised consulting, but finding the right programme and a qualified advisor is slow and opaque. The platform lists verified advisors by region and focus, publishes around 2,500 funding programmes as searchable pages, and runs a Fördermittel-Check that routes a company to an advisor.
My role
Lead developer, team of three. Built a marketplace for German funding advisors — a searchable advisor directory with company verification, a funding-programme database synced from the federal Förderdatenbank, three calculators, and the admin panel that runs the whole operation.
The hard part
TODO — two candidates. The verification pipeline: company checks run through n8n, evidence-backed trust badges, and the rule that a listing is only confirmed when a verified owner stands behind it. Or the Förderdatenbank sync: turning a raw XML export into 2,500 pages that add something over the source instead of duplicating it. Pick the one you actually sweated over.
